Life doesn't work out like it does in old films - Feature Film
Life doesn't work out like it does in old films or Life for short is a Feature film produced in Nottingham.
I was the Cinematographer, Producer, Props creator and 101 other roles on this film.
Directed by Simon Dymond for a shoe string budget of around £400
LIFE DOESN'T WORK OUT LIKE IT DOES IN OLD FILMS revolves around the life of Ray – a man obsessed with cinema who, through a series of incidents, is propelled into a chain of events that resemble the noir genre. He starts to adopt a persona that transforms his character. The only thing is that by doing this he starts probing into peoples lives and it takes a turn for the worse. Ray tries to play detective but life doesn't work out like it does in old films and he gets his fingers burnt.
I am currently at the master grading stages of this film - then it will begin festival runs and a searching for a distribution deal.
If want some more information on the film and few sneak peaks of footage. Follow the link below.
