Website Design
Once the decision is made the website is to be built. Design must follow current logo style, which includes bold white text and use of dark blues and greens. However, in the absence of any extensive branding or artwork we require you to design and incorporate these resources too. Importantly you will work with the company to generate the 'content', i.e. the text, pictures and other information that will go to make up the site itself. This will in the first instance enable you to generate a mock layout of roughly how the site will look and work.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Once up and running the website is to be listed with popular search engines, such as Google, Firefox, Yahoo, etc. Therefore, in designing the website you will be required to make it search-engine friendly. Content optimization is therefore crucial, i.e. keywords density and relevance, etc. In addition, consideration must be given to possible relevant reciprocal links we might wish to establish to and from the website. It is of course acknowledge that these two later points take time and involve additional costs. Therefore a separate and ongoing budget for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will be established.
Delivery
The website designs are to be approved by the company (Steve Deery) by December 10th 2011. The site will got live on January 22nd 2012
The budget for the initial successful launch of the website is £600 + VAT.
